Most people have heard of Peggy’s Cove but not many know about D’Aubin’s Cove. It’s a beautiful undeveloped coastal lagoon just north of Peggy’s Cove. There are no well developed hiking trails so you have to scramble over rough terrain to get to it. The ice covered rocks were slippery when I was there a few nights ago but I love the way they reflected the evening light! Many of my photos from this trip were blurry because the cold February wind was vibrating my tripod. Here are a few that I managed to capture between wind gusts. Enjoy!

You know this area and its hidden treasures better than most people I know. We benefit from that knowledge.
